The Challenges of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS)
The Energy, Aviation and Transportation Sectors have a need for rapid collection and delivery of high resolution imagery and three-dimensional data sets. This seminar will discuss the challenges of planning and deploying these versatile tools for construction monitoring, infrastructure mapping, and emergency planning. In addition, operation of a UAS involves unique liability and insurance requirements. The seminar will include a special session on risk management. On-site flight demonstrations and real life data examples will be included.
