Courtyard by Marriott Fredericksburg Historic District
620 Caroline Street
Fredericksburg, VA  22401

Room reservations must be made by Monday, January 14, 2019.  The room rate for VAS members is $149/night. Reservations must be made directly with the hotel by calling (540) 373-8300 or online by clicking here.  *Be sure to mention the Virginia Association of Surveyors to receive the discounted rate.

As a downtown property Courtyard by Marriott does not have any on-site parking, but there are plenty of parking options. The hotel offers a valet service that is $12 a day and is a come and go service and it is operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They also offer the self-parking option that is $12 and this would give you an access pass to the city garage; this is also a come and go option.

The next two options do no involve the hotel at all, but they are through the city. There is parking on the street, but it is very restrictive and only allows you to park for two (2) hours Monday through Saturday 8 am to 5 pm. You can also park directly with the city garage (600 Sophia St, Fredericksburg, VA 22401) and that is free for the first three (3) hours and then every hour is a $1 up to $8 a day, but this is not a come and go option. You have to repay every time you enter and exit the garage. If you have any questions on parking please contact Khea Adams at Khea@vasurveyors.org
